Jos&eacute; Rodriguez, a senior chemist at Brookhaven National Laboratory, will receive an Outstanding Technical Achievement Award from HENAAC, a nonprofit organization that honors the outstanding contributions of Hispanic American professionals in science, engineering, technology and mathematics.
