The alarm alerts the wheelchair occupant and automatically calls predetermined contacts with a message and GPS position. The American College of Physicians (ACP), whose members include more than 120,000 internal medicine physicians (internists), related subspecialists and medical students, says more internists are needed to care for an aging population.
